HEATHER ARELLIANO-ROBLES, L.AC., MAOM

Heather Arelliano-Robles journey to study Traditional Chinese Medicine started in her youth. She grew up around a very diverse population with many varied facets of life. A great joy was also working with her mother in the family garden. Heather’s love of plants fostered her undergraduate studies at the A merican College of Healthcare Sciences with a focus on Herbal Medicine and Wellness Consulting. Heather decided to further her education by attending the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine (OCOM). She received a Diplomat of Acupuncture from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) in 2021. Heather shone while working in Providence hospital’s oncology department with patients having chemotherapy and radiation for numerous cancer conditions. She has worked with many diversified health conditions ranging from neurological, musculoskeletal, gastrointestinal, vision, TMD, behavioral health, and seasonal changes.

Heather’s practice style provides pain relief, comfort, compassion, and balance between mind, body, and soul. She chooses the best approach for each individual’s treatment experience by offering varied modalities; traditional Chinese acupuncture, Japanese acupuncture, Teishin for needle sensitive patients, energetic, tuina, shiatsu, cupping, gua sha, and herbal liniments or formulas.

In her free time, Heather loves working in the garden, harvesting medicinal plants for food consumption or preparing remedies, hiking, kayaking, crafting, dancing, qigong, and spending time with family and friends.

"I wanted to let you know that I am so happy.  The treatment you did on me last week felt really, really good.  I wasn't taking any medication or any other therapy.  The treatment that you did on my leg was just terrific.  I have just been ranting and raving about it all week.  I'm so happy."

"I can tell a difference already in my arthritis pain. I can move without the constant pain. I've had low level nausea fairly consistently before this diet change and adding the new supplements.  Now I only feel nauseaous when I take Fosamax once a week."
